MarmeStores – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at MarmeStores. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy below.
1. Order Processing & Shipping Time
All orders are processed and delivered within 5–10 business days from the date the order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with tags attached (if applicable).
- You must provide the order number or proof of purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
3. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at marmestores@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item (if it arrived damaged or defective)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at marmestores@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right — whether that means a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund was approved.
- If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Cancellations
Order cancellations are accepted only if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at marmestores@gmail.com if you wish to cancel your order.
